To make things a bit more cleaned since the thread is flooded this will help in making things a bit more cleaned and documenting changes.

About that : I actualy test The Simpsons game for adding the FmvinSoftwareHack for this game but a another test (with Ntsc version if possible) will be nice to (see if this hack don't cause crash)
The issue in this game is Fmv shaking in hardware mode.
