So, I've spent pretty much all day trying to get my computer set up to play Kingdom Hearts 2 after feeling nostalgic. After about 5 hours, I finally got the XBox 360 Controller Drivers to work with my GameStop Gamepad controller.
Here is a picture proving it's working in the drive settings

Now, when I open up PCSX2 with the controller plugged in, the game won't use the controller. It will only use the keyboard to select up and down and use the buttons at the title screen. Here are screen shots of my set up:
