Someone please help.... I'm using a Xbox One controller which works to map the buttons then i press apply and then ok. After that it still doesnt work. Also at the top it says pad 2 so idk1

If you are on the pad 2 tab, you are setting bindings for the second controller. Use the pad 1 tab.

Additionally, if you are using a recent development build, Xbox One controllers will have binding preset, no need to do it manually.
