Games are all glitchy

I dunno if this a bug, but i would really appreciate when you would help me with this, because it is starting to get annoying

I installed pcsx2 on my computer, and tried to run budokai tenkaichi 3... menus were fine, but than when the first video clip came it got all glitchy... When the fight started, screen started blinking. Than it was in windowed mode... I tried to configure full screen when i wanted to play dead aim, but than completely different story. Video clip was glitchy of course, but then in game showed up 3 lines, which leave yellow trail...
my computer is high above the reccomended:

Are u sure ur not using PCSX2 0.9.1?

Do a search for that game,there are dozens of threads about what problems it has and how to get around them
