Games crash when on pause

I'll put a game on pause and come back a few minutes later and the emulator has crashed, anyone else experiencing this?
It's happened on Manhunt 2 and Silent Hill Origins in software mode.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
  
• The emulog.txt content after you got the problem.

The usual cause for random crashes for no reason is because SPU2-X is set to XAudio2 which has bugs, if this is the case, try Directsound of PortAudio and see if that solves it.
