Try moving your game's ISO images to some other folder, like C:/Games, see if that helps. Also try installing PCSX2 to a different folder like C:/PCSX2 (or anything else you want just not in Program Files or your user folder)

Seems like it's reading the ISO incorrectly, try making the ISO in another Drive or computer.

which game are u trying to run?
are u absolutely sure its a ps2 game?
if so try changing your cd/dvd plugin in pcsx2
