Games not working anymore

PS: The app/game doesn't necessarily freeze. It just keeps running with a black screen. I waited like an hour and nothing showed up.

Hmm. Win XP . Update Visual c++ ? You have any installed?

Yes I have that installed. Then I repaired it to its' original state. I still gett he same error.

Hmm...all 3? 2005 ,2008 and 2010?
System fully updated? Hmm...well..you can try to do a complete uninstall of PCSX2 .Do a backup your memory cards 1st if this important for you.
Also you can clean system a bit with CCleaner if you cant do it manually http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/slim
This program safe to use,free and good
If all this cant help ,need to take a better look on your Windows...

Sorry for not being able to help you. May be you can show Event Viewer log ,running system services and installed programs screenshots ?
