Games quality and perfomance

I am a new member of this forum, and I am having some trouble and I need a little help (if possible) on this problem I am having:

- Most of the ISO game files I downloaded from *snip*, the graphics are extremely weird, like in squares and random colors

I think my computer is not a problem, I'd like some Config recommendations to run the emulator on this spec:
- Intel i5 - 3470 3.2Ghz/3.6Ghz - non overclocked
- Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 4GB DDR3
- Asus GTX 650 DC 1GB DDR5 - non overclocked
- HDD Sata 3.5 500GB.
- My emulator: PCSX2 1.1.0

I'd really love to get help on these issues, is that 90% of the games I download either don't load or the game(graphics I think) are ruined.
