Games wont run at 1080p, color distortion at edges, and scan lines..

Hey guys. I recently downloaded PCSX2 and got God of War. The game works but it doesn't look how I would like it to. Despite setting the resolution to 3x, it still looks sort of blurry albeit better than native. There is also some color distortion where ate the edges of objects, you can see green and magenta. It looks like a CRT but I would like it run at real 1080p without any of these effects.

How do I fix this?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
