Gauntlet Multiplayer

I'm trying to play gauntlet on multiplayer. Currently I'm using Lilypad plugin for my two xbox 360 controllers.

I set both pads up but when I launch Gauntlet it only recognizes one controller even though both are on and working.

Does anyone know a way i can play 2 player on Gauntlet?

That one should work fine with 2 players, problem is when you want to use more than 2 players, If I remember correctly you only need to press the "Start" button in the second controller so it is recognized in the main screen.

I have no option to press start, maybe a screen shot will help.

From the configure menu you can see that it recognizes 2 xbox 360 controllers but the game doesnt recognize its there
