Since it seems you might not have read this in the other thread (given that you didn't answer my question when you created this thread), I'll repost:

Make sure you're not confusing your monitor's resolution and the resolution PCSX2's GSdx plugin renderers the game at. What I'm referring to when I say 'internal resolution' is the resolution the game is rendered at.
Anyway, among the many iGPUs out there, HD Graphics 4600 is actually quite decent. If you're getting 30FPS in games the culprit could be that you're internal resolution is too high or you have MSAA set too high.
Other than that, I don't see why you're not getting full speed in your games. What games are you trying to play?

Need For Speed: ProStreet,
Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance.
Thank You in advance.
Most certainly, I'll try native resolution tomorrow, I do have the Widescreen hack enabled.

Probably not OC'ed to 3.6 since notebook but max turbo speed 3.6.
I would guess this is your bottleneck here if as already said your internal resolution is not huge.
Need for speed is quite demanding.
What are your EE% and GS% readings during slowdowns?

It's most certainly OC'ed to 3.6GHZ sir (if it's Turbo Speed as in the one It=ntel mentions that goes upto 3.2 y default, using Intel XTU...along with OC'ing the Graphics from 1100MHZ to 1350MHZ.
And, I just reached home from my University going to give this another go, will report back to you with those values as soon as I can...
Although being a Student of Computer Science, I did notice it starts of fine; but then, it down-throttles to 30FPS I guess, could be too much heat issue, as the left side reaches temps upto 70'C on the 4 Cores, though the cores are only 20% in use total...
Would adding a decent Laptop cooler help ??
P.S: Apologies people, my English is not very good, as it it is my 2nd language, not my native. However, I would love it; If, you guys could correct me where I'm wrong, instead of letting it go, I'd be honored.
Thank You in advance.

make sure to play while you are charging and set windows performance plan to high performance in control panel.

Yes, I do...When I leave it at that, by default the Processor alternates between 2.2GHZ and 3.2GHZ I get 2.5 Hours of battery life and a cool system. However, When I Lock it at 3.6 It stays there and I get MAX 1 hour battery life, A RED HOT system and fans that make more noise than an Airplane about to take off...
