Get Max FPS

So you're saying you have EE Cyclerate set to 3 right now? What happens if you turn it off? What kind of FPS do you get?

Also did you ever try turning off your OC to see what kind of performance you get?

P.S: In your signature, you're missing the word 'Core' from your i7's name and the word Duo (or Solo, or Quad) from your Core 2's name.

it's best not to pump the EE cycle rate and VU stealing so high, it might make the games slower internally.

Just because you can't notice it, doesn't mean it's not happening. Keep in mind the FPS counter in PCSX2 is not representing the in-game FPS, it just reflects the speed of the emulator.

So did you try turning off your OC and the EE Cyclerate speedhack to see what happened?

Well I think you can take off the DELL FP2001. Don't think knowing your monitor's specs helps us out with PCSX2 troubleshooting lol. We'd rather know the model numbers of your processors. Tongue

As you wish, Master Karasuhebi: Blush

PS: Also, considering the Core 2 DUO is a desktop, Which do you think would be better for PCSX2 ??: Laugh Tongue

Thank You in advance: Happy

Your i7-4700MQ probably has a way higher STP than any Core 2 Duo. I'll know for sure once you put up your C2D's model number though.

Yeah, that i7-4700mq destroys all other core2duo in terms of STP. You wouldn't probably see any cons on comparing that processor to c2d series.
