Sniping has a bluish tinge to the reticle (not sure if this is normal), is blurry, and runs at approximately half throttle

Finally, taking control of a hacked individual runs at about 2/3 throttle

It looks like, in the other thread one thing that was a concern was not being able to get past a certain door

i did not encounter this glitch, so well done dev team

during regular gameplay though, it runs consistently slow; tutorial seems fine, but the rendering adjustments are only mitigating symptoms a bit

unfortunately, with that CPU, you will encounter slowdowns. It's known to perform badly with pcsx2
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

He's right, bulldozer has weak single threaded performance(Less than some Phenoms). You can compensate by overclocking, and you'd need about 4.5Ghz on that chip to get good performance in most(not all) games.

You mean my old CPU is still relevant? damn.

I should OC it one day.

AMD Phenom II x4 955: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=...+II+X4+955&id=368 4015 total/1124 single threaded
AMD FX 4100: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_lookup.p...+Quad-Core&id=255 4037 total/1224 single threaded

And yeah some Phenom IIs have HIGHER stp than bulldozer. Vishera helped some, my base STP is in the 1400s and with OC 1700. 1600+ is the sweet spot for MOST PCSX2 games.

Phenom II is not "up to date" but it's certainly still a worthy chip for most applications IMO. With a good OC you should be able to hit 1400 or even 1500 STP depending on how your chip was binned.
