Ghost input from keyboard

This is my first time using the software. I am playing SMT Nocturne but sometimes the game will start taking ghost input like player keep moving in one direction (if the d-pad is pressed) or auto using the 'X' button. I am sure my keyboard is perfect because i type on it every moment. 
I also sometimes notice that the gamepad config inside the software will reset itself.
I am on Arch linux and have faced this issue both on pcsx2 and pcsx2-git. My device is intel i5 8gb uhd620.
