Ghosting error - How to enable HW Hacks in 1.7?

Sorry for resurecting the thread, but in Timesplitters Future Perfect, there is a requirement to have HW Hacks that disable trilleanar filtering. Otherwise the game cannot be completed as some stages (crane control) have broken camera.

How can one enable the HW Hacks for low level user?
