God Hand Frozen Screen Problem

Whenever I try to play God Hand, when I start a new game or load an already created one, after about 10 seconds the screen freezes. This only happens with this game, all the others work normally, I've already tried changing to another iso or reinstalling PCSX2. I use version 1.7.3964. When the screen freezes I can still hear game audio

can you please try with your original PS2 disc in your DVD reader using system->start disc ?

you take your original physical PS2 disc, put it in your DVD drive, and use "start disc" in pcsx2.
Basically, you run the game from your original PS2 dvd instead of the iso you made
