God Hand frozen screen on pirate ship

hi, i was wondering if anyone could help point me into a way to fixing this since im not seeing anyone else online have this problem. the music is still playing but i can't do anything past this point. right after being the mad midget 5 for the first time and I get to a pirate ship but just get stuck on this screen.

i tried disabling the 60 fps cheat and that fixed it so this thread can be deleted
