You can see the native resolution a game is presently running at by looking at the PCSX2 titlebar. It's the first thing to appear after the word "GSDx." Try this with one of the four PS2 games that support 1080i to see what they really run at. It may surprise you (GT4's native resolution when set to 1080i is 576x960).
