God of war subtitle or caption in english i just want to know because thats very helping me

AFAIK, there's no such patch.
just make sure you set the correct language in your PS2 Bios and make a full boot. That should do it...

There are no subtitles in both GoW 1 & 2, aren't it?

Yes i know there is no subtitle at both of them but, i just wanted to have a patch which enabling the subtitle on video fmv god of war and the cutscenes only its

that would mean you'd have to completely replace the videos, and re-encode them with custom subtitles.
I don't think it does exist...
