You should use Dx10
PC:
EVGA 600 +80 PSU
NVIDIA GTX 550ti EVGA 2GB VRAM

OS: Debian Stretch 64bits  Cool
OS: Windows 10 Home
Mine looks like this, did I do something wrong?

+ I get 15 fps! :/

Specs:
8800GT (512MB)
2GB RAM
Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.5Ghz
Xp

Edit:

Nvm i chose GSdx 890 for graphics and that worked.
Now My sound is robotic from time to time and Some strange fog (white) that is annoying.

Also some effects are just squares (might be like in the original game, too long ago since I last played it Smile)
Use GSdx and if you use the newest beta of pcsx2 enable the game fix for that game

I don't see a game fix for it though, the first is for digimon rumble and the second is for Tri-Ace games?

That means you're using the official 0.9.6...try with GSdx

Try with ZeroSPU2 for sound and enable the first option in his configurations.About the second problem...this is problem on DX9(I have it too).If you use Vista and have DX10 video card use DX10 from GSdx,that will fix the second problem
