God of War 1 Frozen/stuck in first cutscene

Hello, Im new to the forums. I'd like some help with GoW.

Im having trouble with an ISO of God of War 1 (NTSC). At the beginning right after Kratos says "The Gods of Olympus abandoned me". Kratos freezes but the birds and the clouds in the background keep moving and it doesnt continue with the cutscene. Im running PCSX2 0.9.8 (r4600) with Default settings, i believe.

it looks like a corrupted ISO care to try running it from DVD ?
