God of War 1 - No Cutscenes

Downloaded the game yesterday cutscenes worked fine until this morning when I tried playing, it auto skips every cutscene

I've tried enabling and disabling literally every option that might have anything to do with it and I'm goddamn lost, can anyone help?

By the way, I did download an ISO but only because my computers disk drive wasn't working, I do own the game and can provide proof
