God of War 1 green environment issue
#1
Hi all, I am starting to play God of War on PCSX2. Everything works fine, except when i start the game, everything in the environment looks green. Kratos looks fine, but the enemies and the environment are a sickly green color. I don't think this is intended. Is there a fix for this issue?

I am using the GSdx 4600 plugin for graphics, using the SSE2 version.

I selected the SS3 version of the plugin and that fixes the graphical issues. it also makes the text display normally (SSE4 causes it to show as blocks). This seems to have fixed the problem.

GSdx has some specific fixes for God of war (fixes the green and few more), but in order for GSdx to identify the current game as GOW, the CRC needs to be on our list. Your CRC is probably not on our list (the list is here).

1. Download the latest SVN build (you actually only need the GSdx SVN build) and test it, it might contain your CRC already.
2. If it still shows green with latest SVN GSdx, post the CRC which appears on PCSX2 console when you boot GOW, and we'll add it to our list (such that future builds will include it).

CRC hacks are not enabled when using full boot.
