First off, here goes my system:
Windows 7 64bit
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz Overclocked to 3.2Ghz
4gb DDR2 PC-6400
Nvidia GTX 460 768mb
Onboard sound on Nvidia 750i SLI MB
I installed the latest 0.9.7.3876m (using the online installer to install all missing packages as well) and I am trying to run my God of War ISO (SCUS_973.99). Here go a few of my question:
1) When I try to run the game using the Boot CDVD (fast) feature, the game seems to run very decent (60 fps), but the sound gets really scratchy and robotic when I get to the first battle scene. Any way to improve that?
2) I have tried setting my controls in LilyPad to use my keyboard and mouse, the keyboard bindings work fine, but I can't get my mouse to work. I tried selecting Mouse API: Windows messaging, Raw input and DirectInput and I still have problems. I am using a Logitech G5 mouse. Any way to get this working?
3) I have set PCSX2 to run as normal and without admin and alot of times I keep getting [wx] can't commit changes to file PCSX2.ini. I have tried installing PCSX2 in my Programs Files folder and a folder I have full access to like My Documents or My Files folders.
The odd thing is that sometimes when I load PCSX2, it loads up fine saving my information and other times it loads up with the wizard telling me I have to configure everything again. Any ideas to get it to stop asking me to reconfigure everything and to save all changes correctly?
Thanks in advance for any help.
1)show us your pcsx2 settings, plugins config, etc... Some screenshots would help.
3)
try in a folder like c:\pcsx2
1) Here go a few of my settings:

3) Installed it directly on C:\ and I am still getting the error message, but I am not sure if it is going to do the same thing it did last time, I guess I'll post if it does.
EDIT: After a few restarts, it continues to ask to configure my settings when it restarts. I will close it down, then restart and it won't ask and my settings that I previously had resume to normal. It's kind of annoying.
Any ideas?
No one at all? Does anyone have at least a suggestion why my mouse buttons won't work?
