God of War - Visual Glitches at High Resolutions

When I try playing at high resolutions, I get a ton of graphical bugs like garbage on the sides of the screen on FMVs, bugged fog effects, and a... Weird chromatic aberration looking filter? Of course, none of these issues are present when running the game at the native resolution. Is there any way I can fix all these bugs?
Also, this is unrelated but I'm also seeing a black bar at the bottom of the screen during FMVs, even at 4:3 aspect ratio. And the game runs surprisingly slow at 4K, despite my PC being good enough to run the PS3 port of the game on RPCS3 at 4K without any issues, I have a GTX 1660 and an i5-9400f by the way.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Managed to fix the performance and the chromatic aberration by putting the CRC Hack Level on Aggressive and setting the Half-pixel Offset in Upscaling Hacks to Special (Texture - Aggressive), but the other issues still remain.

Nevermind, all of the glitches are gone after downgrading to 1.5.0.
