God of war 2 help
#1
ok so i have god of war working at full speed without that green bug thing
Im using the latest beta of pxsx2 from herePCSX2 Latest.

My problem is that god of war 2 graphics look really bad because there is a blur of buildings and walls next to the 3d model on screen.
In the screenshot below there is a 'blur' of kratos next to kratos.

I've played about with settings but i have no idea how to solve this.

My System specs are
CPU: core 2 duo e6600 @ 2.4ghz
GPU: 9800GTX+
Windows X64 vista
3gb ddr2 ram @ 800mhz

Below you will find the settings i used

hi try to put the internal res to native! Then your problem should be fixed!

Ok using native resolution works but isnt there a way to use high resolution graphics in the game.

well ps2 games were never ment to run at higher res. so i think it is not possible to run gow2 at a higher res in this case.

well i have questions as well:
1. which gsdx do you use?
2. i have a strange "transparent walls" bug in GoW 2 with every gsdx i used do you know a working dx9 config or patch in order to fix this?

thanks for this folder!
but unfortunately i have greenscreen and the same transparent walls bug.
it might be direct x 9 hardware mode (i'm on WinXP).
in software mode everything runs ok but very slow...
i guess the game is playable in DX10
