but depending how you loaded it, it could help anyways determining your problem

If you are using a DVD disc, make an ISO image of it using imgburn and run it with the internal ISO loader.

If you are already using an ISO image, it is damaged / broken. The crash you are getting is at the layer break of the dual layer DVD.

I am using iso image and i used imgburn only

did you get any error when making your iso ?
your PS2 DVD may be damaged ...

No,even that buffer column was clean

how big is your iso ?
are you sure you do have a Dual Layer DVD reader ?
