Just run imgburn, click create image file from disc and on the right it should report disc information, size. If that is below ~8gb, you either have a bootleg DVD (pirated) or your DVD reader cannot read dual layer DVDs

I just scaned my gow dvd it has no error but shows layer=1

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
