God of war fmv freezes (after defeating satyr at upper temple)

intel core
i3-2100 cpu@ 3.10ghz, 3.09ghz, 3.24gb of ram windows xp sp3
ati radeon hd 5570

tried to skip it using manual hack fix but when it turns to black screen it stops there. I can see the start and select menu if pressed.

in game fixes there is a fix the automatically skips FMVs try it Smile

I get this error:
unexpected MPEG error???

and pressing start or select works but returning to game with black screen.

i have check other threads
tried r4600 and r4980 still it doesnt work.

I tried that already...
it doesnt work...
I get this error: unexpected MPEG error???
then the screen goes black...
the only thing works are start and select menus.

Is it near the pandora bridge? If so, you need to make a proper ISO image of your DVD disc again, using imgburn.

It means my current gow iso is corrupted?
Is there a way skip it? Well just for that fmv...

If that is the case, which you did not answer yet, yes it means it has issues and even if you skip that video it will crash later.
