Gof of War II - Freez after "Gods vs Titans" cinematic

Hi!
Like in topic name... my game is freezing after Gods vs Titans cinematic. I was trying everything even to save before crash and load it again but  it's still the same. I can't skip it. Every time cinematic crash at the end (moving a little bit but I can't do anything). Does anyone know the reason?

remake your iso from your original DVD

Yes and use ImgBurn to make the image.
The game is in dual layer disk and the size is above 5gb(I don't remember the exact size)
