If you check the first post the author was asking for games that don't require much CPU, Persona 4 is definitely not one of those.

And Ar tonelico isn't also. But u need at least core2duo. and core2duo is rated as fast CPU,even if the clock speed is still 1.8 or 1.6Ghz
(Pentium 4 HT also can, but need demaning GPU like 8400 GS,512MB dedicated memory)
