Goosebumps: Horrorland - Happy Halloween running extremely slow

When ever I boot up the ISO, then menu and cutscenes are extremely laggy (around 10-30 fps) and the console spams the message: microVU1: Program cache limit reached.

I've tried looking all over for solutions, but I haven't really much, and the ones I do find are unanswered. I would very much appreciate your assistance.
