So this game has the same type of ugly filter found in games like Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter.
Refraction (PCSX2 coder) was able to remove the effect from that game with pnach patches, posted in this thread: https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Grainy-d...ter?page=2
So I was wondering if some kind soul (maybe Refraction himself, if he's reading this) could do the same for Twisted Metal Black (USA), it would be much appreciated.
