hello i tried to run Gran Turismo 3&4 on my pc
IntelDualCore E5200 2x2,5 GHZ
Radeon HD 4850
Ram 4 GB
and the game was very laggy
now i have overclocked CPU to 3,0 GHZ and the game runs better but not 100% full speed sometimes it is slow
does this game can be played on my pc ?
i might be OC my CPU to 3,3 GHZ will this help ?

not a chance GT series are Super CPU demanding(4.0~5.0Ghz)....don't expect best config and best speeds on your weak PC.
get a new PC now w/c can unlocked up to 5Ghz...or stay at your PS2 for the moment.

youtube videos aren't reliable in terms of FPS since they are played @50/60 fps automatically
but it doesn't mean that it's the actual gameplay speed
and yes, some CPU may be overclocked to 5Ghz if using proper cooling system.
GT3 & GT4 are very demanding and your PC may not be up to the task.

the specs is decent for "general computing" but for emulation, it's WEAK! =)
