Gran Turismo 3 License Cheats?

I am looking for a pnach file or even just a save file (if that's doable). I only want to bypass the license tests. I don't want extra money or cars or anything else. I have tried writing my own pnach file, but with no success. That's not surprising as I really don't know what I'm doing LOL. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you in advance.

Region and serial number of your GT3 copy, please. You can see it in title of window of PCSX2 program log after game will load. Just copy here the text that will be in the title of PCSX2 program log window or take a screenshot of the title.
