I have another problem. it has been going on for a long time. on the events menu, since I'm using a custom resolution, the event logo and name is hd and stuff. but the car spinning and the background is blurry like the animation is still there. Help? (btw I dunno how to screenshot it)

Press F8.

(click the photo to see it in fullscreen.)

The background and the car is blurry. But not the track logos and text.

Maybe 2d that you can not upscale? Is this a static picture or is it rendered? (like is the car rotating or some birds fly by during this screen?)

@willkuer I dunno how to explain it, but,the car has a spinning animation, but the background is blurry. And when I mean blurry, its like its still in the transition animation. (Like when you pick an event and the tracks and logos appear.) But somehow, the logos and font are not blurry.

Is it more blurry than native?
Does it look better equal or worse if you press f9?

all 3 are the same. with ogl being the most laggy even with the blurriness.
