Gran Turismo 4 Left Analog Stick not working as intended (keyboard)

While playing GT4, I bound the left analog to WASD, the binding seems to work fine for navigating menus, however when driving nothing happens if I press those keys. Enabling "Show Inputs" shows that the inputs are being received even while driving.

Other settings I have are:
SLD Input Source (Enabled)
SDL Raw Input (Enabled)

And the version of PCSX2 I am running is Nightly v1.7.5082. Thanks for any help
