What "Wait vsync" in Gsdx do for you? When it is checked my gameplay FPS is limited to 30.00 (exactly) and sometimes in corners and when I hit the wall or something it goes up to 40.00. I use PAL version of GT4. I wonder is it same with NTSC? (I have 60Hz LCD if it means something)

Also when I use EEx2 speedhack optimal gameplay speed would be about 35FPS, with full 50FPS game is much faster then on PS2. I can feel abnormal speed even just above 35FPS, so I have to limit it at 35.
When I use Default Cycle Rate anything between 35 and 50 is good, speed is normal. Since I don't get much FPS using speedhacks I'll stick to default.

Twisterking and HeyHey,

that is an in game problem. Before you enter a race, go to Home and then setting and find the setting for brightness. It is probably set at "+3" change it to 0 and that will go away.

Has anyone had the problem that during the race the other cars may either flicker or be completely invisible? I've tried messing with a few settings and I haven't found anything to fix it so far. It isn't a consistent problem either. Sometimes if it happens I can just restart the race and it goes away.
