I have Gran Turismo 4 (PAL). I can play the game, but if I choose the first circuit in time-trial (Nurburing), the game freezes.
Someone can help me with settings or something?
Even if I play the game without being on Arcade, I want to make licenses and i can because freezes, everything else works.
Please, Please HELP.

There are dozen threads with help, even a Tutorial with help/solutions.

Pal version doesn't work Yet.
Have a look at the compatibility list, next time.

GT4 PAL works but very very bad. It very often crashes, graphic glitches, slowdowns. Try getting the NTSC Version i think it works much better.
