Gran Turismo 4 PAL black screen after copyright

Good afternoon! I've a problem with PCSX2 1.4.0 (i'm very noob with this)
I want to play with Gran Turismo 4 PAL (with an original DVD), but after the copyright screen it won't load anymore. This is the console log:

The log stops here. It's not a disc fault because it works fine with my PS2. I tried to search here for a solution but without success.
What I need to do?

It's an issue with dual layer discs. It has been fixed in recent git versions: http://pcsx2.net/download/development/git.html

If you want to keep using 1.4.0, just copy the cdvdGigaherz.dll from the latest git version to the 1.4.0 plugins folder(rename the original 1.4.0 cdvdGigaherz.dll to a backup name).

Ok, now it loads! Thank you very much!
Now I have an another problem, I'm sorry if I'm bothering you...
Now the game crashes in some races or licence tests. I followed this guide but it keeps crashing.

For example, in the console log appears like a dozen of TLB miss error with some exadecimal addess.
How can I resolve this?

You need to turn the clamping back to "normal" on the VU an EE for the license tests (so disable the automatic game fixes under the "system" menu) make sure you restart the game before doing them, then once you're done with them, turn the automatic game fixes back on and reload the game again.
