Gran Turismo 4 - "Square wheels"

I'm setting up the game for my laptop, and unfortunately I can't understand why the wheels are "square"?
The game does not work well on my configuration - Ryzen 7 3750h, and 1650 with 16gb ram, as well as such graphical bugs (

Please help me fix this and get a good stable FPS at 1080p. Thanks.

I messed around a bit and found that they will only diapear if you render the game in Direct 3d 11 in software mode. If you wan't to upscale the game at all i think you will just have to deal with it sadly.
