Gran Turismo 4 Wont go in race *help me* <3 kiss

I have a problem with Gran Turismo 4.This problem is about entering into races.When I want to get into race it opens the window with the send error or dont send.I formated the PC.On guru 3D downloaded the new drivers for Graphics,Sound Card...DirectX web update,Windows Update.Graphics driver are set on default.But every time goes to this error.I play tekken 5 perfectly,but grand turismo i can play only in the stable version of 0.9.6

Where is Bositman,Krakatos and others that i realy need help..why nobody write a message for sorry or something like this..you have to broke your PC and buy a new one.

I realy need help.Im so ***** up.One month that i tried everything.I even thinked that the MicroVU on the cpu beta was the problem.I thinked that my bios 2006 was the problem,i changed the langue of the bios to english..and in game to.After this was set to italian.But im from slovenija
