Gran Turismo 4 is broken in v1.7.4298 using DirectX renderers
After the last update, the game stopped rendering properly inside a race using any of the DirectX render. It still works fine on OpenGL and Software, and I don't have a graphics card to test on Vulcan.

Game: Gran Turismo 4 - NTSC-U (US)
System: A laptop with Intel Core i3-1115G4, with DirectX 12

I would upload the GS Dump, but its over 10MB.

And sorry if I made any mistakes in advance. I'm new to the forum and just wanted to report this here.

until it's fixed, you can use another renderer, or software mode
