Gran Turismo 4 issues

Hello, I'm new on this forum. I would like you help me to fix a problem with the bright running GT4 at 480P (on 480i doesn't happen).

Here is the bright problem. First image shows a normal race at 480P, and second when you crash and lose at license events (480P too)



My configs are:
PCSX2 1.2.1
EE/IOP, VUs and GS all to default

Speed hacks:
EE Speed = 3
MTVU checked
All others default

GSDX (v0.1.16 AVX)
Direct3D11 Hardware
Interlacing Bob tff
2x Scaling
FXAA enabled
Texture filtering checked
Allow 8-bit texture checked
Antisotropic filtering x16

My PC:
Windows 7 SP1 X64
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K (4 cores at 3.4GHz)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
RAM: 4GB 1600MHz
(I hope that my PC don't is the problem )

I had reseted to default all configs of GSDX, but nothing happened.

I had searched the issue on the forum but I found only 5 years old threads, and anyone with my problem

set ingame brightness to 0

and BTW

Speed hacks:
EE Speed = 3

SInce you have a pretty good CPU, I'm pretty sure you don't need this

I test but still the problem. The brightness is setted to 0, and is dark for that, but I guess that when you fail at license it comes upper itself.

When I press F9, it becomes to hiper mega low quality, but the error dissapears... Also, when I press F9 don't seems continue at 480P

If the brightness automatically increases by itself, then this bug is "known/normal".
Unfortunately, apart from software mode (F9 shortcut key) I'm pretty sure there's nothing you can do about this.

Oh, so I can't do anything to fix it? Well, I hope I will play on 480i
