Gran Turismo 4 license test bug

Basically, i can play through license B-1 just fine but when i finish it/fail it, it gets stuck on the replay button. The button flashes and I can't navigate to the exit button. No speedhacks. The version I'm playing with is the USA version and the BIOS I am using is SCPH-70012.

Im running a almost brand new cpu and igpu, likr Tigerlake, does that pose a problem for me?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
