Tried enabling MTVU?

I’ve tried before but there’s no difference...that’s why I unchecked it again...

I've gone some extensive testing on this issue. I found out the stuttering is caused by the sound output.

When I set the SPU2-X plugin sound output to mute, the opening movie played smoothly. Once I've allowed any sound output option, it stuttered again.

Would anyone suggest how to adjust the sound plugin?

P.S. This is the setting of the sound plugin which I found the FMV played smoothly:

I've tried your suggestions, but it stutters once the audio output is enabled...

Maybe it's a problem with Ryzen CPUs?

Cant' tell since I don't have this game.

I've tried several other games on my collection to test FMV stuttering caused by the sound plugin.
