Gran Turismo 4 visual issues on 1.7.4103

Hi all, first time using this forum and new to emulator's so please forgive me for any mistakes.

Currently I'm running into this graphic issue with PCSX2 1.7.4103, some of the graphics become transparent in the races and in the car menu. Occasionally I also run into flickering and brief flashes of random colours on the screen. I have attached some images below.

My specs:
Intel® Core™ i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz  1.99 GHz
16.0 GB ram
Nvidia GeForce MX150

your gpu doesn't handle many things.
try updating your gpu drivers and pray.
pcsx2 isn't made to work on this gpu anymore
