Gran turismo 4 running very slow

Ok so i like to play a lot of gran turismo 4 on my gaming pc. So when i bought a used laptop on ebay, and realized that racing, and just looking at the cars in the dealer, made the music run very slow and game also very slow, i just wanted to know what happened and hopefully get a fix for it.

CPU: Intel core i5 4210U
GPU: Intel HD graphics

the computer is a ASUS Q302L

Better play it on your ps2, your pc doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

Yep, won't cut it. As lightningterror said better play it on your PS2 for time being until you can get better hardware.
