Are you 100% sure that the Dualshock controller you have is completely genuine and not a fake? Also does any other game exhibit the same behavior when you use the dpad?

It's 100% Original. It came with the Sony PlayStation 4         .         I haven't tried the other Games. But I assume that in GTA Liberty City Stories will be the same
