Grand tourismo 4 verry laggggyyy

hello everyone

When I want to play grand Tourismo 4 the EE % fly's to around 90-100%
Then I am going to race , when the EE% drops imensly and the GS % go's to 98-100% what makes the game verrryy laggyyy.

Specs:

Geforce 9600GT
Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU @2.4GHz
Ram 3gb

demanding game, weak cpu / video card, nuff said.
try speedhacks or get better CPU, 2.4 GHZ is VERY slow.
